Responsibilities

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with clear narratives
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and cost management
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives, mergers, and acquisitions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal financial policies
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex modeling)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
