Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities for banking products
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with professionalism and empathy
- Balance cash drawer and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Operate teller equipment and digital banking platforms efficiently
- Contribute to branch goals through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
