Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis and cash flow projections for commercial borrowers
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments with actionable recommendations
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signs of credit deterioration
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure optimal financing solutions for agricultural businesses
- Stay current on industry regulations and economic trends affecting regional credit markets
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal banking regulations
- Present complex credit analyses to credit committees and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience, preferably in agricultural lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Credit certification (CRCM or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial statements and tax returns
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
