Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for commercial clients
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential risk exposure
- Collaborate with senior management to recommend credit approval decisions
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements (SOX, FRB)
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for high-exposure accounts
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and credit risk frameworks
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
