Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial statement interpretation
- Experience with credit risk frameworks (e.g., Basel III) and loan documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for stakeholder interactions
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMBL) or willingness to obtain
