Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and budget reports
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics against organizational goals
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using provided software
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with Fortune 500 or mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to present complex data clearly
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
