Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis and risk assessment for commercial borrowers
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for executive review
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators of potential defaults
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border credit transactions
- Develop and maintain robust credit policies compliant with federal regulations
- Present complex financial findings to senior leadership and lending committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience with institutional portfolios
- Expertise in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and ratio interpretation
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and credit scoring software
- Proven track record in managing high-value credit cycles ($5M+ transactions)
- Series 7 and/or Series 63 licensing (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural business acumen
