- Manage AML/BSA monitoring systems and suspicious activity reporting workflows
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on regulatory risk mitigation strategies
- Act as primary liaison with regulatory bodies including the CFTC and OCC
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field (MBA/JD preferred)
- 8+ years compliance experience in financial services with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Advanced certification (CRCM, CAMS, CCEP) or equivalent regulatory expertise
- Deep knowledge of federal banking regulations and state-specific requirements
- Proven track record of reducing compliance violations by 40%+
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in RegTech solutions
- Strong written/verbal communication with ability to present to C-suite audiences
