Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online for seamless financial tracking
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes with strict deadlines
- Develop financial forecasting models to support business growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Expertise in payroll processing and tax filing (ADP experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
