Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Process payroll bi-weekly with tax filings and compliance oversight
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts monthly
- Lead month-end closing procedures with audit-ready documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Proven experience managing multi-state payroll systems
- Certification in QuickBooks Online (QB ProAdvisor) required
