Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile complex general ledger accounts with multi-entity structures
- Oversee full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 50+ clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Coordinate quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Enterprise workflows
- Mentor junior bookkeepers on GAAP compliance
- Develop custom financial reporting dashboards for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel macros
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficient in financial software integrations (Xero, Sage)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
