Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly with high accuracy.
- Process payroll for multiple clients on a weekly basis, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, financial statements, and monthly reports.
- Assist with tax preparation filings and quarterly tax payments.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and other accounting software to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions required).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP, Gusto, or similar platforms).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
