Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statements with high precision.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Generate monthly financial reports and assist with budget analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with an eagle eye for detail and accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
