- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ corporate clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/reconciliation processes with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks and Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Experience with multi-state sales tax compliance
