Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Process payroll bi-weekly with integrated time-tracking systems
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts monthly
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and maintain aging reports
- Assist with annual tax preparation documentation
- Implement financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with multi-client accounting systems
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
