Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits and year-end reviews
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and Arizona tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
