Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and support the audit process as needed.
- Process payroll data and assist with tax preparation filings for both business and personal accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and organize financial documentation for client meetings and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions required).
- Familiarity with GAAP and basic tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
