Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Maintain accurate general ledger with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows (QuickBooks Pro/Premier)
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Develop financial reports to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Pro/Premier and Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
