Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients including startups and established enterprises
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Process complex payroll and tax filings using QuickBooks Online and ADP systems
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment portfolios with 100% accuracy
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and financial strategy development
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional certification (CPA/CPB preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and Xero
- Demonstrated success with complex payroll processing and sales tax compliance
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with zero tolerance for errors
- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and financial trend identification
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing financial consultations
