Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client accounts including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses with actionable insights
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and implement robust internal controls
- Coordinate with tax professionals and auditors during compliance reviews
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel to optimize financial workflows
- Lead month-end closing processes with strict deadline adherence
- Train junior accounting staff on standardized procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
