Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients across diverse industries
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process payroll and tax filings for multiple entities
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online systems
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with CPA firms for year-end preparations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
