Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Generate financial statements and variance analysis for leadership
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with audit-ready compliance
- Collaborate with CPA firms during quarterly/annual audits
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Lead month-end closing procedures and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven track record of multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred
