Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L reports.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll reports and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
