Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 clients across diverse industries
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) and variance analyses
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks systems
- Lead month-end closing procedures
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks certification required
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong GAAP and IRS tax compliance knowledge
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
