Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Reporting: Prepare financial statements, budget reports, and variance analysis for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and tax laws.
- Payroll: Assist with payroll processing and ensure employee time tracking is accurate.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and financial software.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
