Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable/receivable with weekly reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and VAT returns
- Manage payroll processing for 15+ employees
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with annual audits and tax documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years' bookkeeping experience with UK GAAP knowledge
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
- ACCA/CAT qualified or equivalent qualification
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- UK work authorization required
