- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual financial reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance night shift financial operations efficiency
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for real-time financial tracking
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or 3+ years equivalent professional experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven night shift availability with consistent 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- CPA certification or pursuing CPA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 0% error tolerance in financial reporting
- Experience with multi-location corporate accounting systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
