Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, payroll processing, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile bank accounts
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows (QuickBooks Online)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CFO on financial forecasting and budget analysis
- Lead accounts receivable collections and credit management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and payroll processing (ADP/QuickBooks Payroll)
- Proven ability to manage month-end closes and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
