Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10-15 diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and IRS regulations for all transactions
- Collaborate with tax professionals during quarterly and annual audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table expertise
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools
