Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with tax preparers for quarterly and annual filings
- Maintain QuickBooks Online databases with 99.9% accuracy
- Lead month-end closing procedures within tight deadlines
- Implement internal controls for financial compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Proven track record of meeting financial deadlines
