Apex Accounting Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team in Phoenix, Arizona. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier financial services to a diverse portfolio of clients, and we are looking for a professional who excels in accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and send invoices, and process payments in a timely manner.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Communicate with clients regarding account status and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and US tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
