Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts and process complex monthly/quarterly closings
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement QuickBooks and Xero optimizations
- Collaborate with tax department for audit support
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client communication abilities
