Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare monthly AP reports and analyze payment trends for process improvements
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with 3-way matching and vendor management
