Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and proprietary accounting systems
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries nightly
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance for 200+ clients
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with senior accountants during monthly close processes
- Train junior staff on accounting software protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel with advanced functions
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Proficiency with GAAP principles and financial compliance
- Strong attention to detail with error reconciliation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or QuickBooks certification highly desirable
