Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ vendors
- Conduct 3-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement and optimize AP automation using Oracle ERP
- Analyze payment trends and suggest cost-saving strategies
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP subledger
- Train junior staff on AP best practices and compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during SOX compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) certification
- Experience with international payment processing and FX
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
