Responsibilities
- Process and verify 50+ invoices daily with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Execute ACH and wire payments with strict compliance protocols
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit readiness
- Collaborate with procurement team on invoice discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support AP audit preparation with documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- NYC residency required
