Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll transactions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with PA tax regulations
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparations
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles
- Proven track record of multi-client account management
- PA payroll tax compliance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or QuickBooks certification a plus
