Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ corporate clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Implement QuickBooks cloud-based accounting systems
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and KY state regulations
- Lead month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 5+ years progressive bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification mandatory
- Expert proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Proven audit coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of KY tax codes
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
