Responsibilities

- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable during shift hours
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with day-time team for cross-functional financial projects
- Manage bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with multi-currency transactions preferred
