Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Execute daily payment processing through our fintech platform
- Reconcile accounts and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Analyze payment trends and optimize cash flow processes
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on process improvements
- Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Experience with daily pay or fintech platforms
- Certification in AP (e.g., CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
