Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts monthly
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets)
- Process payroll and tax filings quarterly
- Implement QuickBooks optimization for 30+ clients
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-error tolerance
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in GAAP and IRS tax compliance
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record with multi-client portfolio management
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
