Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with 3-day aging targets
- Coordinate quarterly tax documentation preparation with CPA partners
- Implement internal controls for expense reconciliation and compliance
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks certification
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record of managing multi-client accounting workflows
- Experience with sales tax filing and payroll processing in Oklahoma
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% reconciliation accuracy
