Our team operates 24/7 to ensure our clients receive timely financial reporting. As a Bookkeeper on the night shift, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a quiet, focused environment while managing accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with a focus on accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations nightly.
- Process payroll for multiple entities, ensuring all deductions and taxes are calculated correctly.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and digital records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Experience with payroll processing is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
