In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with our management team to provide insightful financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily, monthly, and year-end accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly payroll processing and tax filings.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to track expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
- Ensure all financial reports are submitted on time and in accordance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
