Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process payroll for 50+ employees using ADP system
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets) quarterly
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with aging analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with CPAs during audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Payroll processing certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Tennessee business license required
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Detail-oriented with 99.9% accuracy rate
