Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting records
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements
- Manage AP/AR cycles with 99.7% accuracy
- Process payroll for 50+ employees bi-weekly
- Implement QuickBooks Online optimization strategies
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax preparation
Qualifications
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Xero certification preferred
- Proficient with accounting software integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for errors
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
