Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate monthly financial statements.
- Process and manage payroll using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Assist with year-end audits and federal/state tax preparation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and ensure accurate expense reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure strict compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite is required.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
