Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Process accounts payable/receivable with zero-tolerance for errors
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with CPA partners during audit periods
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
