Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping process, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial statements and performance reports for clients.
- Assist with payroll processing and year-end tax preparation support.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and local financial regulations.
- Review and approve invoices and expense reports with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in professional bookkeeping or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero (mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
