- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll accounts
- Process AP/AR and ensure timely vendor payments
- Handle sales tax filings and compliance reporting
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with tax team for audit support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel (advanced functions)
- Proficient with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
